Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the service engagement confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement subject to the terms outlined in that agreement. We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms
• Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
